Yes, Telegram is the default channel — no app installation beyond Telegram itself, which most users already have.

For important or specialized matters (legal, tax, medical), human review is mandatory. AI replies are best used as drafts.

Beyond 8,000: response delay or auto add-on charge ($30,000 KRW = +1,000 Sonnet or +5,000 Haiku) or wait for monthly auto-reset.
